Crispy Kale Recipe


  • 200g kale
  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spices


  • Drizzle oil onto kale in a shallow oven tray
  • Add generous amounts of salt, pepper, and chosen spices
  • Massage oil and seasoning into the kale
  • Bake at 220• for 15 minutes
  • Enjoy with soup, dahl, or fried rice
