- 200g kale
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Spices
Method
- Drizzle oil onto kale in a shallow oven tray
- Add generous amounts of salt, pepper, and chosen spices
- Massage oil and seasoning into the kale
- Bake at 220• for 15 minutes
- Enjoy with soup, dahl, or fried rice
