Tortilla De Patata
  • Cut potatoes (peeled) into slices/chunks and fry in a lot of olive oil.
  • When the potatoes are half cooked add some sliced white onions.
  • When everything is fried remove from the pan.
  • Beat a few eggs and add the potato and onion mix, add salt.
  • Heat some of the frying oil and pour the mix in.
  • After 1 min put a plate on top of the cooking tortilla and flip it, so the raw side is on the plate. Slide it back onto the hot pan so the raw side is on the hot pan. Cook for a bit.
  • Slide onto a plate and eat.
