Yam and Egg Recipe by Neriah

the following Ingredients needed are:
- Yam
- Eggs
- Salt
- Adobo All-purpose seasoning
- Onions
- Vegetable Oil
- Water
Step 1
Get the yam, peel and cut the yam
Step 2
Put the cut pieces of yam in the pot, add some water, salt and boil.
Step 3
Cut the onions into small pieces, add some oil into the pan and add the onion when oil is hot
Step 4
Crack your eggs, add the all-purpose seasonings and a pinch of salt. Whisk it together and pour into the pan of onions and oil.
Step 5

Step 6
Drain the water from the cooked yam. Put the yams on a plate and add your cooked eggs.
